Nobody doubts your score. They doubt that anyone checked it.

Handicaps rest on self-reported rounds. That works until something is on the line — then an honest player has no way to prove they were honest, and a dishonest one has no reason to stop. Attest Golf closes that gap the way the rules of golf always intended: with a marker who was standing there.

How it works

Three acts, and each one is a different person's.

The whole design rests on one rule: nobody attests their own card. It is enforced in the database, not just in the app.

You enter your score
Hole by hole — gross, putts, fairway. GPS attributes each shot to where it happened, with an honest confidence tier rather than false precision. Nothing is attested yet, and the app says so.

Your playing partner attests it
They see the number and the hole and confirm that specific figure — "Confirm 4 on Hole 7", never a bare "OK". Correct a score afterwards and the old confirmation does not carry over. They read the new number, or it stays unattested.

The round is sealed at its real strength
The seal states what it actually is — camera verified, marker attested, or unverified — and reports how many holes were confirmed. A round with gaps still seals. It just says so, plainly, instead of pretending.
The artefact

A receipt that survives an argument.

Every round produces a record designed to be read months later by someone who was not there — including what is missing. A hole your marker declined stays on the card. Sealing never erases it.

Green appears in this product for exactly one reason: a hole was attested by another player. Not for buttons, not for "good news". When you see it, someone else vouched for that number.

The platform

Built so that cheating is harder than playing honestly.

Each layer exists to make one specific kind of doubt answerable.

Peer attestation
Your marker confirms each hole against the score and revision they actually read. Self-attestation is refused at the database, not merely hidden in the UI.
GPS shot attribution
Multi-signal attribution with three confidence tiers. When the signal is poor it reports low confidence rather than inventing a location.
An append-only record
Corrections are appended, never overwritten. A changed score is a new question your marker must answer again — the old confirmation does not transfer.
360° video evidence Q4 2026
Insta360 X5 integration with a continuity classification, so footage either supports the claim or is honestly reported as not supporting it.
Trust-weighted handicap
Your index reflects rounds by the strength of their evidence. An unattested round is still your round — it simply carries less weight.
Tournament console
A live case queue, evidence replay, and a leaderboard that shows verification status beside every score.
